Partnership Volunteering Days
Posted 19th March 2025
We are really fortunate in Sandwell to have formed partnerships with both GES and Wienerberger. Both companies are very different to Children’s Services and equally each other.
GES build and create exhibitions worldwide, whilst Wienerberger are in the construction industry making and providing bricks as well as other building materials like roof tiles. Nonetheless both are eager to support us in Sandwell as well as National House Project.
There are lots of aspects to these partnerships, but we’re really proud and thankful of the staff from each company who have volunteered their time in hands on supporting our young people decorate their new homes.
Not only this, but upon arrival they each came with a goody bag of things to give to our young people gifted from the company and also through staff fundraisers. Check out our Gallery to see some pictures.
We can’t wait to see what the future holds with GES and Wienerberger!

Even though Sue is fully in control of this decision-making process - something our young people often are not - the transition has still been discombobulating; letting go of something she enjoys and that has defined her, and moving on to something that will be incredibly rewarding and joyous.
