Facilitators work directly with young people, run regular group sessions and help young people develop positive relationship that enables them to live successfully in their homes.
Hi, I’m Megan. I have over 3 years’ experience in supporting children with additional needs in schools.
Currently I am working with young people in the Local House Project for Sandwell who are keen to go above and beyond, making sure young people get the best experience in their transition to independence.
I have a strong passion for supporting young people and I am dedicated to ensuring they are given every opportunity to fulfil a positive and successful journey with NHP.
